Connect Groups

One way you can quickly find belonging is by visiting one of our Connect Groups. There's something special that happens when a small group gathers around the Word of God and prayer.

Connect Groups typically operate during the school term. We currently have four groups meeting each week.

Sunday mornings – 11.15am at Cross Power Shed (following the worship service) – led by Emma Lee and Joy Truasheim.

Wednesday mornings – Ladies Group – 9.30am at Silkstone – led by Karen Fuller.

Wednesday evenings – 7pm at Silkstone – led by Karen Fuller.

Friday afternoons – 4:45pm at Basin Pocket – led by Di Ryan.

Ready to make you feel welcome

What about me?

You may wonder whether you'll be accepted at Vision based on something you believe, your cultural background or a past experience. We want to you to know you are welcome with us, especially if you're part of a minority group like the Jewish community, deaf community, First Nations, Islander, African or Asian communities.

We're all learning

None of us has it all figured out. We've all got things we're working through. We've been welcomed and accepted by Jesus as we are and we want to make sure everyone can experience that acceptance too.

Move a your own pace

Jesus is changing our lives, and we are becoming more loving, more compassionate, more disciplined, less worried... with His help. We want to create a culture where we surrender to His leading in our lives and follow His gentle prompting. On the way, we show grace to each other and provide support and encouragement.
