What can I expect at vision?

We completely understand that not everyone is familiar with church at all - or maybe your church experience is from some years ago.

Our aim is make everyone who attends at Vision Christian Family to feel as comfortable as possible.

What should I wear?

We have no set clothing standard. We are much more concerned about what’s going on the inside of a person than what they are wearing on the outside. If it helps you out, our leaders and regular congregation wear everything from moderate dressy to very casual.  So just come as you are.

What's the music like?

Church music is almost as diverse as it is in everyday culture and we respect it all.  In our case, our live band usually consists of guitar and a keyboard. Our preference is to sing songs that are full of meaning but easy to understand so they can come from our hearts.

Do my kids sit with me

They can if they want to we also have a children’s programs open to children from Prep to Year 6 during the sermon.

We also have an unsupervised crèche with a live AV feed for parents to access so that they do not miss out on the service.

Will I be asked to give money?

We do not take up a collection during the service so you can feel free to keep your wallet in your pocket. Just come and experience a service at Vision Christian Family.

If you like it at our church and become a regular here at Vision you may decide to contribute to the work of the church - but if that is the case any giving will always be between you and God.

What is the overall environment like?

We strive to make you feel welcome as you put yourself in the position to connect with God.

We provide a comfortable and casual environment that we hope will set the tone for you to have a meaningful enriching time focused on God.  After the service we invite you to share with us in a light morning tea.

We look forward to meeting you!
